Holiday Closure and Reopening Schedule (IMPORTANT)
As the festive season approaches, we would like to inform you of our upcoming holiday schedule:
Holiday Closure Notice:
- All departments will be closed starting from December 20, 2024.
Reopening Dates:
- Production/Dispatch Team (including Printing, Embroidery, and Plain Stock) will resume operations on January 3, 2025.
- Sales Team will be available from January 13, 2025, with full operations resuming by January 22, 2025.
- Limited Office staff starting on 6th Jan - Only for certain account managers (please contact to find out more)
Plain stock order fulfilment & delivery cutoff dates prior to close of bussiness.
- Guaranteed delivery : 5pm Wed, 18th December 2024
- Possible delivery (unlikely) : 12.00pm Thu, 19th December
- No delivery : 12.01pm Thu, 19th December-Fri 20th December

For any current Embroidery, Printing orders or projects, we kindly ask that you coordinate with your designated account manager. They will assist you with any queries related to cut-off dates, project timelines, and reopening details to ensure a smooth transition during this period.
